- Incomplete, unclean, broken or burnt items: -50% deduction. False or incomplete orders: RM50/pickup fee.
- Any unlisted electronic/electrical device will be accepted as Other (Mix) at RM0.50/kg.
- FREE Pickup for orders of 3 or more listed devices. Less than 3 listed devices: RM50 pickup fee applies.
- Bulky items (CRT monitors, air conditioners, TVs over 50") charged RM50/unit pickup fee.
- Maximum liability: RM250 per transaction. We reserve the right to cancel any order without justification.
- Return trip cost borne by customer plus RM250 per item returned.
